The people are asking… what event truly determines the beginning of fall?
I’ll leave that one up for debate but regardless, we’re nearing the time of year where tree leaves are turning colors, flannels are a mainstay attire, and football is the talk of the weekend.
Although the “beginning” of fall may be up for debate, it’s indisputable that 65-degree weather, brisk mornings, and crisp autumn air makes for the best season of the year.
Alright, now let’s focus.
What else is common as we move into the fall months?
Pumpkins popping up left and right.
Many see these orange specimens as porch decorations and instruments to carve funny faces into but they’re also a nutritional powerhouse.
Back in my early days of high school, I invested a lot of time (obsessed one might say) listening to an online personal trainer and strength coach, Jeff Cavaliere. I vividly remember following every one of his recommendations from microwaving eggs (for efficiency) to putting protein powder in my oatmeal and even aggressively using cinnamon.
I still do all of these… minus the microwaving eggs – I call that maturing.
Another one – regularly incorporating pumpkin into my diet.
There’s an important caveat here.
