Great article as always Dr. Griffith! Ironically, I have collagen after my workouts mixed in yogurt. Interesting concept to have it before!

I agree! I've never heard of "pre-loading" with collagen but I guess it makes sense when you think about it. Check out this podcast with Keith Baar (awesome researcher) on The Tim Ferriss Show... your inquisitive brain will enjoy!
