Very helpful post, ZG! I’ve been employing your previous sleep strategies and have definitely noticed a difference in my sleep. I’ve started to use the Hatch device that uses white noise at night and artificial light to gradually wake. A little on the pricey side, but I think worth the investment, seeing how important sleep is.
