Alright, alright, alright.
I know some of you are dismissing this post from the get-go.
Maybe you’ve already hit snooze and erased the email.
But for those still here, give me a few minutes to elaborate.
This isn’t another gimmick post shouting from atop the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps after running 15 miles before the sun has even had the chance to rise above the horizon.
(That was a Rocky reference if you didn’t get it.)
Yet if that’s your thing, more power to you – Jocko Willink would be proud.
Instead, I’m going to highlight what I’ve realized since joining the morning workout party.
That’s correct — rather than identifying as left/right, republican/democrat, conservative/liberal… I like to see people as either morning, mid-day, or evening workout people.
Life is easier that way.
Kidding aside, I’ve been pondering quite a good deal about leveraging the early hours of the day by dedicating them to physical activity.
