Entering as the headliner for this Superfood Sunday post is another powerhouse in the nutrition kingdom -- salmon. It’s been well established that fatty fish such as salmon should be consumed on a regular basis but through my research, I discovered there’s quite a nuance regarding the source of salmon we consume. In fact, could a certain type of salmon actually be detrimental to your health if consumed in excess? We’ll unpack that in the following paragraphs!
