A few weeks back Dr. Andrew Huberman released the first of his six-part podcast series with sleep expert, Dr. Matt Walker.
He’ll be releasing part five on Wednesday and with each episode being right around two and a half hours in length, it’s been quite informative to say the least.
Not long ago I released my own series on sleep – examining its importance and a multitude of behavioral and supplemental tools along with gadgets that can greatly promote a good night’s rest.
It’s been refreshing to see many of these echoed in Huberman’s podcast series.
Yet, there’s been some updated research that I feel is important to share… especially for those chronic “under sleepers” out there. Although I’m in recovery now, I’ve felt your pain in the past and I’m hoping to share some data today that will help you.
