Last week we discussed the importance of owning and keeping certain pieces of fitness equipment in your home. This makes maintaining a workout schedule incredibly easy, especially when getting to the gym isn’t practical.
However, as readers of HIB, you know this is only part of the equation.
Even if you own a squat rack, sauna and cold plunge in your 6-car garage, a poor diet will hold you back significantly from reaching your true potential.
That being said, let’s shift the conversation from essential fitness equipment to essential kitchen equipment.
I’ve done a good deal of meal prepping over the years and with this came a pursuit to find the best ways to prepare meals that contain an adequate amount of calories, protein, and nutrients. And, almost as important, was finding the most efficient cooking methods.
I think I’m ready to say that I have a top 5.
